Job Purpose

Continuous and close coordination with clubs in order to provide continuous administrative assistance and support to players and sports club staff

Responsibilities and job role

  1. Work to complete the players and administrators’ data deficiencies during registration (new, renewal, transfer, cancellation, loan players).
  1. Register players in the system and ensure the accuracy and validity of the data.
  1. Coordinating and liaison with the Qatar Football Association regarding the registration system for professional players and matters relating to the affairs of professional players.
  1. Providing club companies and the Qatar Football Association with all contracts for professional players after the league has been approved.
  1. Collect and securely store all player contracts with all supporting documents and prepare them for audit
  1. Establish and maintain effective filing systems for all incoming and outgoing correspondence in matters related to the club's players and for each player.
  2. Assist with the processing of players’ salaries and all other entitlements including undertaking administrative tasks such as preparing players’ salary certificates, checking salary advances, reporting shortcomings, preparing letters to clubs regarding player non-compliance, salary deductions, player assessments, preparing player complaints Secondment letters, etc.
  3. Introduce all player violations based on the professional regulations (the rules and regulations of Aspetar, the Qatar Football Association and clubs).
  4. Enter the data of all relevant players into the ERP system and ensure its accuracy, validity and preservation.
  5. Follow-up the tasks of the professional players from their clubs, including sending reminders and informing the clubs in case of approval or rejection.

Qualifications & Experience

Qualifications:

  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Administration, or any related discipline.

Knowledge and experience:

  • Two years of experience in a similar administrative position
